The ServMan product, specifically ServMan Mobile, paid for itself in less than one year. The technicians have customer, policy and service history information with them at every job, even those dispatched to them enroute. Repairs are made more efficiently.

We found not only were the standard features excellent right out of the box, but ServMan was also capable of 'molding' around our business.
