Clients can confirm appointments or request to have appointments rescheduled by choosing from the options provided them during the call.

Post appointment Surveys - Calls can be run either after hours or Intra-day. Statistically, the sooner calls are made to a customer following the actual performance of the service, the higher the participation level and more accurate the result allowing you to quickly identify unsatisfied customers, address their issues and increase customer retention.  Using APPAA, calls can be triggered to be placed, literally, as your technician is leaving the driveway!
