Company Background

CubeSix is a privately held North Carolina corporation, which was formed in 2001. CubeSix was formed specifically to focus on the development, marketing, implementation and support of its proprietary application, ServMan Software. Development of ServMan originally began under a different corporate entity in the mid 1990s by the current CubeSix team, which has more than sixty years of combined experience in the communications and information technology industries.

Since its inception, CubeSix has helped optimize workflow systems for thousands of users in over 30 different vertical markets within the service and distribution sector. We have successfully converted our clients from a variety of applications including, but not limited to, Great Plains, Solomon, Peachtree, MAS90, MAS200, ACCPAC, QuickBooks, and other internally developed legacy systems. Our Customer satisfaction and client retention results have been outstanding, with over 90% providing CubeSix and ServMan Software a superior rating in a recent client survey.

Robert S. Webster - President

Mr. Webster is an IT and management professional with over twenty years experience managing and growing technology companies. In his role as a technology and workflow consultant he has worked with hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries to reduce cost and increase productivity. This experience has proven invaluable in product design and market positioning for the ServMan product. Mr. Webster holds numerous technical certifications with Novel, Citrix, Microsoft, SCO Unix, and others.

Robert L. Harding – Director Application Development

Mr. Harding is the principal architect of the ServMan application. He continues to work hands-on in the continued development of the product. He has developed solutions for some of the most successful manufacturing and service organizations in the country, including Charlotte-based Radiator Specialty Company’s fully integrated enterprise and accounting solution, and Swisher International’s SHINE franchise enterprise management software. Mr. Harding is a Graduate of East Carolina University with a BS in Computer Science.

Rich London – Director of Client Services

Mr. London is responsible for managing all new ServMan installations, and he also oversees training and support for ServMan nationwide. During his 29 plus years in the computer industry, Mr. London has installed systems and trained users in over 130 companies. His background includes computer networking hardware, certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate and Novell Certified Netware Administrator. Mr. London graduated West Chester State University with a BS in Computer Science.

Ralph B. Warner IV – Director Mobile Development

Mr. Warner is the senior architect of ServMan Mobile and a senior developer of the ServMan application. Mr. Warner’s background includes a senior architect role in the development of SoDeog Technologies’ SyncTalk application. SyncTalk allows device to device information exchange between all major mobile device operating systems including Palm, Pocket PC, Epoc, AutoPC, and Windows. Mr. Warner graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, Easton, PA.

William P. Loelius, MBA – Director of Business Development

Mr. Loelius oversees ServMan marketing functions, including development of the ServMan dealer network, and he actively participates in client workflow design and consulting during ServMan installations. His background includes 23 years with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he was responsible for managing D&B operations in the Carolinas and providing consulting services to D&B clients. He was also previously active as a principal partner in Receivables Outsource Solutions LLC, an accounts receivable management and revenue cycle consulting company headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. Mr. Loelius holds BBA and MBA degrees from Montreat College, and he is an adjunct professor of business at Strayer University and the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Lane Ostrow – Chief Financial Advisor

Mr. Ostrow graduated with a BA in Psychology in 1983 from Duke University. He attended and graduated Georgia State College of Law in 1989, and then received an LL.M. in Taxation from Emory University in 1990. After practicing law in Atlanta, Mr. Ostrow joined Plej’s Linen Supermarket, as the Director of Retail Merchandising and was later promoted to President of the retail division, during which time the company grew from $16mm to $68mm in sales. Mr. Ostrow began iReadyWorld as co-founder and President and was responsible for raising more than $15 million in capital for the business.
